Pride Inn Mara Camp

Pride Inn Mara camp is located in Maasai Mara reserve, one of the most popular tourism destinations in Africa. It is here that the magical wildebeest’s migration with over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November happen. Pride Inn Mara camp is located on the banks of river Talek at the edge of the Mara on a 25-acre land. Cottages

Each cottage is approximately 1000sqft featuring a deck facing the magnificent Talek river. The world-class standard cottages are designed with a bathroom with his & her area, two showers, a bathtub with magnificent view of the river and a sitting area facing Talek river.

Tents

The spacious tents are available both on river view and the jungle view. They are designed with a bathroom with a shower, a sitting area with a magnificent view of the jungle, an outdoor space where you can sit and enjoy the sun as you watch nature go by.

With a 4-acre organic farm we grow fresh lettuce, chillies, spinach, tomatoes, carrots, coriander and other various traditional Kenyan fruits and vegetables. Game drives

Everyday is a trilling adventure here at Maasai Mara. You are most certain to spot families of gazelles and towers of giraffes just as you leave our hotel for your game drive. Though leopards and rhinos are shy, you are certain to see zebras, buffalo, elephants, impala, topi, lions, and cheetah sometimes in small sights but yet delightful. We offer tailored game drives to meet your needs. A full day drive can be arranged with picnic meals, you can choose to do an early morning or late afternoon. All game drives are inside the Maasai Mara national reserve park. We do all in our power to look out for animals for your sighting. Keep your eyes open and let the adventure begin!

Balloon safaris

At Pride Inn Mara camp, we give you more than ordinary safari experience. Imagine a balloon framed in the vast herds across the African horizon against the rising sun in the background! Experience the whole new perspective of seeing an ariel view of the great Maasai Mara national reserve. You will leave Pride Inn Mara camp in the early hours, so you are in the park as dawn breaks. After wandering in skies, you will land for a bush champagne breakfast, before heading off to a game drive or returning to the camp. Please book in advance so we can arrange this balloon safari with the balloon company.

Sunset and sundowner view

The perfect way to end an amazing day in the Mara is by enjoy the sunset and the sundowner view in the African bush. Guests just sit and relax and take in the atmosphere while watching the wildlife go by in the savannah. Please notify us in advance of you want to take part in this activity.

A visit to the Maasai village

An adventure in the Maasai Mara is not complete without a guided Maasai village visiting. Visitors get to visit a typical Maasai Boma and get to learn their rich culture, their way of life. The savannah tent has a private romantic veranda overlooking the Mara Savannah. It has an open bed area which has a desk, a modern bathroom with flush toilet and hot shower. Amenities include a private verandah, a safe, soaps & lotions, drinking water, provisions for making tea or coffee, hangers, 24hr security, bathrobes, hot & cold water.

Family savannah tents

A large part of making family vacation enjoyable is feeling comfortable and that’s exactly what our family savannah tent are all about. The family savannah tent has a private romantic veranda overlooking the Mara savannah. It has 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom with flush toilet and hot shower.

Deluxe river view cottage

The deluxe river view cottage overlooks the magnificent Talek river. This cottage is beautifully furnished and spacious, with a large front deck for relaxing in the day and star gazing at night. It has a modern bathroom separate with a bathtub and a flush toilet and an outdoor hot shower. The cottage has a spacious sitting area with a desk and comfy couches.

Luxury river view cottage is stylish with an open large bed area complete with sitting space. There is also an impressive large verandah overlooking the magnificent scenery of the Masai Mara.
